Album Notes & Community Reviews

On his debut studio album 'Tana Talk 3', Benny the Butcher delivers vivid, unflinching narratives of street life in Buffalo, New York, solidifying his role as a master storyteller within the Griselda collective. The production, handled exclusively by Daringer and The Alchemist, provides a consistently gritty and ominous boom-bap soundscape that complements Benny's versatile flow and detailed lyricism. Featuring key appearances from labelmates Westside Gunn and Conway the Machine, the album was a critical breakthrough that helped spearhead the revival of mafioso rap in the late 2010s.
