Album Notes & Community Reviews

The second album by Birmingham duo Bentley Rhythm Ace, 'For Your Ears Only' pairs Mike Stokes with former Pop Will Eat Itself bassist Richard March in sample-built big beat. Singles 'Theme from Gutbuster' and 'How'd I Do Dat???' frame a record assembled from funk breaks, found sound and club rhythm, released at the tail of the big beat boom.
