Album Notes & Community Reviews

Capturing the absolute fury and emotional devastation of Janis Joplin's vocals, this album is a monumental, hard-hitting defining statement of the San Francisco scene. 'Cheap Thrills' is wildly energetic and incredibly raw, delivering fiercely passionate, highly rhythmic blues-rock that drips with beautifully warm, deeply longing psychedelic soul.
