Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as his highly anticipated major-label debut, the Mississippi rapper/producer refused to compromise his distinctively soulful, sample-heavy sound. Entirely self-produced, the record is a brilliant celebration of vintage Southern hip-hop, bridging classic 90s influences with modern conscious lyricism.
