Album Notes & Community Reviews

Exploring sophisticated, romantic synth-pop, former Be-Bop Deluxe frontman Bill Nelson largely abandoned the electric guitar to construct complex electronic textures. 'The Love That Whirls' frequently incorporates marimba and Eastern melodic influences, showcasing a distinctly artful and lush approach to early 1980s new wave.
