Biography
Wakefield guitarist and songwriter who led *Be-Bop Deluxe* through 'Axe Victim' (1974) and 'Sunburst Finish' (1976) before forming *Bill Nelson's Red Noise*. Bill Nelson's solo output, much of it on his own #Cocteau Records#, runs to well over a hundred albums of guitar pop, ambient and experimental music. He is also a painter and one of Britain's most quietly influential guitar stylists.
