Working on Dying

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Collaborating heavily with Philadelphia production collective Working on Dying, Swedish artist Bladee shifts toward a colder, more aggressive sonic template on this mixtape. The project juxtaposes rapid-fire, skittering trap hi-hats and heavy sub-bass with his signature melancholic and heavily processed autotuned flows. It stands as a pivotal document that bridges European cloud rap with North American tread and plugg subgenres.
