Album Notes & Community Reviews
Continuing their deeply avant-garde trajectory, the French collective crafted a highly dissonant, groove-oriented variation of extreme metal. The album relies on unsettling, mechanical rhythms, jarring atonal guitar riffs, and a suffocating, industrial atmosphere that pushed European black metal into decidedly modern, urban territory.
