Album Notes & Community Reviews

Jeff Rosenstock's second studio effort under this moniker marks a significant shift toward more traditional band-oriented arrangements compared to the MIDI-heavy earlier work. Recorded with a full ensemble, the album addresses the financial and psychological exhaustion of independent musicianship within the American underground. It established the project's reputation for blending DIY ethics with complex, anthemic ska-punk structures and highly observational lyricism.
