Album Notes & Community Reviews

Conceived by producer Frank Farian, 'Take the Heat Off Me' served as the launching pad for one of Europe's most successful pop phenomena. The record effortlessly blends pulsating Euro-disco beats with reggae-tinged pop, featuring instantly recognizable vocal hooks. It laid the commercial groundwork for the ensemble's massive international domination in the late 1970s.
