Album Notes & Community Reviews

The revered Beach Boys visionary reunites with former bandmates Al Jardine and David Marks for this polished, collaborative studio effort. 'No Pier Pressure' eschews grand conceptual narratives in favor of straightforward, adult contemporary soft rock. Despite its heavily processed modern production, the record still highlights the composer's enduring ear for complex vocal harmonies.
