Spoils of Failure

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Canadian post-metal outfit's final album expands their apocalyptic, conceptual sludge with profound atmospheric textures and intricate clean guitar interludes. Produced by Kurt Ballou, the crushing, densely layered instrumentation perfectly frames the dual vocal attack and bleak, sociopolitical lyricism. It stands as a harrowing and complex swan song for the highly respected heavy ensemble.
