Album Notes & Community Reviews
Concluding their remarkable initial run of studio albums, Buzzcocks significantly complicated their razor-sharp pop-punk formula with deep existential dread and creeping post-punk rhythms. 'A Different Kind of Tension' is a wonderfully energetic, fiercely raw record saturated in profound psychological anxiety and bittersweet romantic alienation.
