Album Notes & Community Reviews

The deeply weathered, Texas-born outlaw songwriter found an unlikely and highly devoted audience in Europe while remaining relatively obscure in his home country. 'Sounds From the Fourth World' is a gritty, authentic collection of acoustic blues and roots rock that vividly chronicles Russell's troubled life on the fringes of society.
