Operating firmly outside the mainstream musical climate, Andy Latimer composed a deeply poignant, symphonic concept album exploring the Irish diaspora. The overarching narrative centers specifically on the port of Cobh, utilizing a beautiful, highly melodic fusion of complex progressive rock instrumentation and traditional Celtic folk elements. The highly emotional, largely instrumental recording stands as a late-career masterpiece for the progressive rock veterans.
