Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Uptown Saturday Night' is a famously stylish, incredibly smooth 70s blaxploitation homage built on classic jazz rap and boom bap. The duo trades deeply abstract, hyper-stylized slang over mellow, horn-heavy production, creating a playful and endlessly boastful urban party atmosphere.
