Sufficiently Breathless

Following a major lineup overhaul, the hard-hitting supergroup returns with a slightly more relaxed, keyboard-centric approach to their brand of progressive rock. While losing some of the frantic, metallic edge of their legendary debut, the musicianship remains fiercely complex, heavily incorporating Latin rhythms and acoustic interludes. It represents a brief but fascinating stylistic shift toward fusion-tinged AOR before the band succumbed to internal instability.
