Album Notes & Community Reviews

Deeply intertwined with the early Swedish death metal scene, this bizarre debut radically steps outside genre norms by infusing deathgrind with avant-garde and progressive structures. The manic tempo shifts and dissonant chord progressions foreshadowed the experimental directions its members would later pursue in bands like Therion.
