Album Notes & Community Reviews
'Heavy Pendulum' represents a triumphant return for Cave In following the tragic passing of bassist Caleb Scofield. The record synthesizes the band's multifaceted career, effortlessly weaving atmospheric sludge metal riffs with soaring alternative rock melodies and post-hardcore aggression. Bolstered by Kurt Ballou's massive production, the album serves as both a crushing sonic statement and a poignant homage to their enduring legacy.
