Album Notes & Community Reviews
The debut full-length from Cave In is widely regarded as a seminal work of late-90s metalcore. Produced by Kurt Ballou of Converge, the album is a relentlessly aggressive and technically complex assault, blending intricate metallic riffing and chaotic time signatures with raw hardcore fury. It set a new standard for technicality and intensity within the genre.
