Album Notes & Community Reviews

A pioneering work in the evolution of European dance music, 'Supernature' merges lush orchestral disco with heavy, driving synthesizer sequences. The titular track explores themes of genetic engineering and nature reclaiming the earth, providing a surprisingly dark conceptual contrast to the typical hedonism of the era's club music. The French producer's reliance on electronic instrumentation laid crucial groundwork for the incoming wave of synth-pop and house music.
