Album Notes & Community Reviews

Collaborating closely with Cuban pianist Gonzalo Rubalcaba, the legendary bassist explores a collection of Latin American boleros and romantic ballads. 'Nocturne' is an exquisitely beautiful, hushed recording characterized by incredibly delicate, nocturnal interplay and deeply emotional, cool jazz arrangements.
