Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the significant departure of vocalist/keyboardist Christine Perfect, guitarist Stan Webb took complete creative control of the venerable British blues institution.[cite: 1] The resulting album marks a deliberate shift from purist blues toward a heavier, more idiosyncratic hard rock style layered with subtle psychedelic eccentricities.[cite: 1] It effectively showcased Webb's flamboyant fretwork and highly distinctive, dramatic vocal approach.[cite: 1]
