Album Notes & Community Reviews

Expanding profoundly upon the regional 'Manguebeat' movement, this release proved to be Chico Science's final studio contribution before his untimely death. The group masterfully intertwines traditional northeastern Brazilian maracatu rhythms with global hip-hop, funk, and psychedelic rock to construct a visionary afro-cybernetic sound.
