Album Notes & Community Reviews

Having fully transitioned away from their harsh anarcho-punk roots, the British collective embraced the burgeoning acid house and rave scenes to Trojan-horse their political messaging. 'Shhh' layers heavy sampling and infectious dance beats with uncompromising critiques of censorship, religious hypocrisy, and capitalism. Originally meant to feature extensive uncredited samples, the group famously had to rewrite the album after facing massive legal threats.
