GUM

'GUM' is an album of abstract and experimental hip-hop defined by its self-produced, sample-heavy soundscapes. The production features dreary, repetitive loops, often built from piano, which create a hazy and depressive atmosphere for Cities Aviv's deadpan, buried vocal delivery. The album's structure is notable for its extended compositions, culminating in the ambitious 45-minute closing track, "POWER APPROACHES", which solidifies the record's challenging and immersive nature.
