For their fifth studio album, the British pomp-rock group City Boy enlisted legendary producer Robert John 'Mutt' Lange to refine their theatrical sound. 'Heads Are Rolling' offers a highly polished, energetic blend of AOR, Queen-style vocal harmonies, and driving power pop hooks. Despite the impeccable production quality, the record unfortunately failed to elevate the band to major international stardom.
