Chroniques Terrestres

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Blurring the lines between European progressive rock and high-velocity fusion, 'Chroniques Terrestres' is a striking, highly demanding instrumental achievement. The French ensemble frequently shifts from complex, tightly arranged symphonic rock passages into sprawling, dissonant avant-garde jazz improvisations. The album remains a celebrated, challenging artifact from the experimental fringes of the late-seventies French underground.
