Distress Signals

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Led by Paul Lemos, this brutal debut from the Massapequa, New York ensemble established them at the absolute bleeding edge of extreme industrial music. The record is a suffocating wash of harsh, unrelenting feedback, distorted rhythms, and tortured vocal shrieks. It is a landmark release in the development of American power electronics and harsh noise.
