Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating at the fringes of the vibrant Quebecois music scene, 'Le bureau central des utopies' is a masterclass in acoustic avant-garde composition. The ensemble utilizes a chamber-music approach, blending traditional stringed instruments into highly complex, disorienting polyrhythmic structures. It stands as a brilliant, deeply idiosyncratic milestone in North American progressive folk.
