Album Notes & Community Reviews

The veteran Canadian group confronts profound themes of aging, dementia, and impending loss on their stark twentieth studio album. 'Such Ferocious Beauty' is steeped in slow-moving, distorted Americana, with Margo Timmins' hushed, melancholic vocals gliding over gritty guitar textures. It is a profoundly heavy and emotionally raw reflection on mortality from a band firmly settled into their late career.
