Album Notes & Community Reviews

Despite intense critical acclaim, notably from Rolling Stone, Crack the Sky's eponymous debut suffered from severe distribution issues, relegating it to cult status. The album is a brilliant, quirky fusion of complex progressive rock instrumentation, biting Steely Dan-esque cynicism, and tightly constructed, Beatles-inspired power pop hooks.
