Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released posthumously following the power trio's dissolution, this collection features recordings from the 1968 tour and a 1967 Winterland date. The set highlights the group's pioneering 'heavy blues' approach, centered on extended improvisational jams that established the blueprint for the ensuing hard rock and heavy metal movements.
