Album Notes & Community Reviews

Emerging from the Bristol independent scene, Crescent's sophomore release is a profoundly lethargic and distinctly mysterious recording[cite: 1]. 'Collected Songs' heavily relies on sparse, highly repetitive post-rock guitar figures, minimalist percussion, and Matt Jones's incredibly hushed vocals to create an anxious, deeply melancholic slowcore atmosphere[cite: 1].
