Album Notes & Community Reviews
Arriving in the same year as its grandiose predecessor, 'No Sadness or Farewell' acts as a more focused and somber companion piece. The album emphasizes the band's heavier side, seamlessly integrating post-metal weight into their established progressive and post-rock framework. It's a powerful and melancholic record that showcases their ability to craft both delicate atmospheres and crushing, monumental soundscapes.
