Album Notes & Community Reviews

Appropriately titled, this crucial record formally codified the musical bridge between speed metal technicality and the raw, socio-political aggression of hardcore punk. The band noticeably slowed their previously frantic tempos to accommodate heavier, mosh-inducing guitar riffs that fundamentally shaped the late-80s extreme underground.

Genres

Descriptors: protest, conscious, political, rhythmic, fast, metallic, distorted, relentless, ferocious
