Album Notes & Community Reviews

This major-label debut propelled the North Carolina rapper into mainstream superstardom, driven entirely by his charismatic, rapid-fire staccato flow. Anchored by the inescapable, incredibly bouncy smash hit 'Suge', the record is a highly energetic, relentlessly fun showcase of his cartoonish, tough-talking persona. It established the highly effective, albeit heavily repeated, formula that defined his commercial peak.
