Album Notes & Community Reviews

Dan Deacon's fourth album marks a transition from frantic, party-oriented electro-pop toward sweeping, orchestral indietronica. Conceptually exploring the geography and politics of the United States, the second half of the record features a sprawling, four-part post-minimalist suite that is surprisingly dense and ambitious.
