Marking their only studio album to feature Kurt Travis as the sole clean vocalist and screamer Will Swan temporarily handling harsh vocal duties, this record is a wildly eclectic post-hardcore milestone. The album heavily infuses their frantic, math-rock-inspired riffing with prominent funk grooves, R&B melodies, and incredibly danceable basslines. It codified the uniquely technical, chaotic subgenre that would later be dubbed 'Swancore'.
