Recorded in a Thames-side studio in London, the electronic producer deliberately sought a heavier, more distorted sound in response to his previous ambient-focused work. The album blends massive, breakbeat-driven techno with shoegaze-inspired walls of sound and ethereal vocal samples, creating a deeply melancholic, cinematic dance floor experience.
