Album Notes & Community Reviews
On his album 'Cerulean', Danny L Harle merges the euphoric maximalism of rave and early 2000s Eurodance with classical composition and the intricate textures of hyperpop. Billed as his definitive debut following 2021's 'Harlecore', the project synthesizes his wide-ranging influences into a cohesive work that balances powerful, club-ready tracks with moments of emotional depth. Featuring a significant roster of collaborators including Caroline Polachek, PinkPantheress, and Dua Lipa, the album explores themes of "melancholic euphoria," existing on a threshold between dreams and reality inspired by Andrei Tarkovsky's film Stalker.
