Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Dave Brubeck Quartet continues exploring unusual time signatures, concluding the album with a multi-part orchestral suite composed by Brubeck. The integration of symphonic strings provides a dense, cinematic backdrop for the group's percussive piano chords and airy alto saxophone lines.
