Album Notes & Community Reviews

The final studio album from the critically acclaimed but commercially overlooked American songwriter features a more stripped-down, intimate production style than his ambitious predecessor, 'American Gothic'. Produced by Bruce Botnick, the record highlights his theatrical, baritone vocal delivery and complex, narrative-driven piano compositions. It stands as a sophisticated, deeply melancholic conclusion to his brief but highly influential recording career.
