Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating firmly within the outlaw country movement, David Allan Coe releases a surprisingly tender and romantic collection with 'Tattoo'. The album occasionally incorporates the polished orchestration of the Nashville sound, providing a stark contrast to Coe's rugged persona. It highlights a sentimental, deeply melodic facet of his extensive mid-career discography.
