Album Notes & Community Reviews
David Thomas' 'The Sound of the Sand and Other Songs of The Pedestrian' was his first major solo project outside Pere Ubu. The album reframes his eccentric vocal presence through a looser ensemble setting, mixing absurdist rock, art-song impulses, and off-center arrangements.
