Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Krankenhaus' marks a fascinating stylistic shift for the Dutch ensemble, transitioning from their post-punk roots toward a raucous, brass-heavy fanfare aesthetic. The unconventional instrumentation serves as a chaotic, energetic backdrop for impassioned recitations of European literature and sombre, war-themed poetry.
