Album Notes & Community Reviews
Packaged creatively within an empty cigar box, 'Vlaskoorts' perfectly exemplifies the incredibly unique, highly theatrical approach of the Dutch ensemble De Kift[cite: 1]. The music wildly clashes abrasive folk punk energy with prominent brass fanfare arrangements, effectively soundtracking their distinctly poetic and frequently somber Dutch lyrical narratives[cite: 1].
