Album Notes & Community Reviews
The debut album from the London duo effectively bridged the gap between thriving UK dance culture and alternative rock. Fusing propulsive big beat programming, dub-heavy basslines, and surprisingly rootsy guitar samples, 'Dead Elvis' laid a grittier, highly cinematic foundation for the expanding 'electronica' crossover movement.
