Biography
Death in Vegas began in London in 1994 as the studio partnership of Richard Fearless and Steve Hellier, releasing 'Dead Elvis' in 1997 on #Concrete Records#. With Tim Holmes replacing Hellier, 'The Contino Sessions' in 1999 brought live playing and guest vocalists into a sound rooted in big beat, dub and psychedelic rock. Later albums moved between song based collaboration on 'Scorpio Rising', the instrumental focus of 'Satan's Circus', and the darker electronics of 'Transmission'. Fearless now runs the project as its sole core member, issuing recent work through #Drone Records#, including 'Death Mask' in 2025.
