Album Notes & Community Reviews

Heavily influenced by the American grunge and alternative scenes, 'Songs of Faith and Devotion' finds Depeche Mode integrating live drums and distorted guitars into their synthpop architecture. The album is incredibly dark and passionate, exploring deeply spiritual, melancholic themes with a grandiose, atmospheric weight.
